From September 3rd to 5th, the REBIOLUTION project held its second General Assembly in the picturesque town of Imatra, Finland, graciously hosted by Stora Enso. This important meeting brought together the project consortium to discuss the significant progress made in each of the work packages and to plan the next steps forward.
One of the highlights of the assembly was a guided tour of Stora Enso’s facilities, where we had the unique opportunity to witness their state-of-the-art paper production processes. It was an enlightening experience to see firsthand the innovations and sustainable practices they are implementing in the industry.
Additionally, the General Assembly included a productive exploitation workshop, where participants engaged in discussions on how to maximize the impact and future applications of the project’s results. The workshop was an excellent opportunity to brainstorm and align on the project’s exploitation strategy.
Beyond the work, the GA was a wonderful opportunity for the team to connect, exchange ideas, and enjoy our time together in Finland. A special thanks to Stora Enso for being fantastic hosts and ensuring everything ran smoothly.
We look forward to continuing our work and seeing the future successes of REBIOLUTION!
